From the South: Interstate 35E north, @ Diffley exit turn right (east) for one mile; @ Pilot Knob Road stoplight turn left (north) for less than ¼ mile; take first left onto Knob Drive; follow Knob Drive to Oral Surgery Care building on right side of road (4151 Knob Drive).

From St. Paul: Interstate 35E South; @ Diffley exit turn left (east) for one mile; @ Pilot Knob Road stoplight turn left (north) for less than ¼ mile; take first left onto Knob Drive; follow Knob Drive to Oral Surgery Care building on right side of road (4151 Knob Drive).

From Prior Lake/Savage/Burnsville: Highway 13 North past Highway "35", Right (east) on Diffley (County Road 30) for about 3 miles; @ Pilot Knob Road stoplight turn left (north) for less than ¼ mile; take first left onto Knob Drive; follow Knob Drive to Oral Surgery Care building on right side of road (4151 Knob Drive).

From Rosemount/Hastings: Take 52 from Hastings to County 42 West to Hwy "3" North through Rosemount. Take Hwy "3" North from Rosemount (about 5 miles) to Diffley Road; Turn Left (west) to Pilot Knob Road.
